On Saturday, September 13, 2025, Catholics from throughout the Archdiocese of Toronto came together to prayerfully support four men as they were ordained to the Transitional Diaconate.

At the opening Mass, His Eminence Frank Cardinal Leo, administered the oath of fidelity for all new formation faculty and installed Dr. Josephine Lombardi as the new Academic Dean and Rev. Scott Birchall as the new Seminary Rector.
