Admission to Candidacy for Holy Orders - February 2, 2025

The Rite for Admission to Candidacy is an important step for each seminarian on his journey toward the priesthood. The rite is an opportunity for a seminarian to publicly express his intention to receive the sacrament of Holy Orders as a deacon and God-willing, as a priest.

On Sunday, February 2, 2025, His Eminence Frank Cardinal Leo, Archbishop of Toronto celebrated the Mass for Admission to Candidacy in the Chapel of St. Augustine’s Seminary.
