 “My name is Fr. Matthew McCarthy, and I am a graduate of St. Augustine’s Seminary, having been ordained to the priesthood in 2017.  I currently serve as Director of Vocations for the Archdiocese of Toronto.  

St. Augustine’s Seminary has been indispensable in my formation as a priest.  Not only has the seminary provided a solid spiritual foundation, but it has been the place where I have cultivated some of the deepest friendships in the Lord - relationships that I will cherish throughout my priesthood.  My hope is that thorough my support, and that of other generous donors, many more young men discerning the priesthood can experience the providence of the Lord through St. Augustine’s Seminary. “
