New Priests Gather for Mass

On Friday, February 9, 2024, a group of priests ordained within the past five years gathered for a special Mass with the Most Reverend Francis Leo, Metropolitan Archbishop of Toronto. Mass took place in the St. André Bessette Chapel, located on the fourth floor of St. Augustine's historic main building. 

Among many things, Archbishop Leo spoke passionately to the priests about the importance of conforming their hearts with Jesus. 

These recently ordained priests gather on a regular basis to hear from a variety of different speakers as an opportunity to continually grow in formation. The gatherings also involve a time of fellowship that is equally enjoyed by the priests, who are all in their early stages of ministry, each serving in different parts of the Archdiocese of Toronto.
