Annual Day of Reflection for Women at the Seminary

Sharing some photos from our Annual Day of Reflection for Women, held on Saturday, June 4th, 2022. Sr. Antoniana Maria, S.V. and Sr. Maria Kateri, S.V. led us on a journey into the Heart of Woman to uncover and recover the Feminine Genius desperately needed in our day. Thank you to all our participants! It was a joy to welcome everyone back to the Seminary for our first hybrid event.

For those that could not attend, the Litany of Trust is available free for download.

In Sr. Maria Kateri’s presentation, we learned about the Surrender Novena. "Fear is useless. What is needed is trust." (Mk. 5:36).

“I would now like to speak directly to every woman, to reflect with her on the problems and the prospects of what it means to be a woman in our time. The Church desires to give thanks to the Most Holy Trinity for the ‘mystery of woman’ and for every woman – for all that constitutes the eternal measure of her feminine dignity, for the ‘great works of God’, which throughout human history have been accomplished in and through her. Thank you for the simple fact of being a woman! Through the insight which is so much a part of your womanhood you enrich the world’s understanding and help to make human relations more honest and authentic.” -St. John Paul II, Letter to Women
