Saint Monica Institute Consecration Event
The Seminary was happy to host the launch of a very important Archdiocese of Toronto initiative - the Saint Monica Institute for Education and Evangelization. The Saint Monica Institute now joins all other educational resources of the Archdiocese of Toronto, including St. Augustine’s Seminary Institute of Theology, Office of Catholic Youth, and Office of Formation. Our collective goal is to reach all Catholics of Toronto, our vineyard.
The Archdiocese of Toronto has served parts of the vineyard very well: youth ministry, Parish life, and theological education. As discussed at the event, this new initiative will serve the parts of the vineyard that have been underserved. The promise is to provide a new infusion of support for Catholic healthcare workers, school trustees, Catholic politicians, businesspeople, journalists, and others. Saint Monica’s Institute also joins the already existing education partners of the Archdiocese of Toronto.
Together we look forward to serving the vineyard of the Archdiocese of Toronto.
