At times, we all find ourselves stuck in habits or patterns of behaviour or responses that weigh us down and discourage us. These might be habits of sin or struggles with patterns of resentment, insecurity, fear, or other kinds of interior turbulence - emotional or otherwise - that can hurt ourselves and our relationships. This talk will introduce a Catholic vision of interior growth and healing, with practical strategies we can begin to use as we patiently commit to the work of spiritual growth and healing.
