BIOGRAPHY

Dr Mary Marrocco completed her doctorate in Systematic Theology in 2000, specializing in patristic theology.  Since 2007, she has been a practicing psychotherapist, and since the opening of the professional College in 2015, a Registered Psychotherapist.  She is founder of St. Mary of Egypt Refuge, a place of welcome and hospitality for people in need, and co-founder of St. Macrina Counselling Services, a faith-based professional counseling service with special outreach to those who have difficulty accessing counseling.  She has been active in the world of ecumenism and inter-church relations for many years.  She is an author whose writings are intended for spiritual and theological growth.
