Basic Degree Handbook
The Toronto School of Theology Basic Degree Handbook provides the information pertaining to academic policies and procedures for our students. Basic Degree Handbook.
Official Transcript Request Form:Students are responsible for ensuring that requests are submitted well in advance of deadline dates. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE ACADEMIC RECORD: In accordance with the University of Toronto's Access to Student Records Policy, the express written consent of the student is required to release the transcript.Transcripts will not be issued to or at the request of third parties without written authorization of the student. Please complete and submit the "Official Transcript Request".
Please note: Transcripts will only be processed when confirmation of payment has been received. Payment can be made online through PayPal, over the phone (416-261-7207 ext 221), or by mail (Cheque/cash).

Electronic Mail Communication: All students are required to activate their "mail.utoronto.ca" email account. This will be the only email address accepted by the Student Web Service/ROSI. As noted previously, you may have all "mail.utoronto.ca" emails forwarded to an email address you use daily, but you must provide the Student Web Service/ROSI and St. Augustine's Administration with your"mail.utoronto.ca" email address. Please note, forwarded"mail.utoronto.ca" email accounts may experience delays in transit. It is recommended that you do not forward your "mail.utoronto.ca" email account. You may view your "mail.utoronto.ca" email account through the Blackboard learning suite: Click here to log-in and choose the "Student Webmail" option on the Hot Spots menu.
